Where is Baebody Beauty located?

Our main office is located in Chicago, Illinois! The West Loop is home of our customer service team, sales, marketing and more. Baebody products are produced at our manufacturing warehouse in New York.

Can I cancel my order?

When an order is placed on Baebody.com we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We're unable to cancel or change an order once it's submitted.

When will I receive my package?

Orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive after they are shipped, some orders can take 5-10 business days to arrive. Orders take 24-48 hours to process for shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships.

Why isn’t the tracking link working once I receive my confirmation?

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking from USPS to go live. If you continue to receive no updates from the link, contact us.

Do Baebody products have an expiration date?

All Baebody products come with an expiration date on the original packaging. Most products are good for one year after opening.

 

I received damaged products, what is your return policy?

Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be reported within 14 days of delivery in order to be replaced. Please notify us by email at support@baebody.comand send a photo of the damaged goods with a description of what is defective/damaged.

Do you ship outside of the US? If so, how long does it take?

We do not currently have any oversees distributors and are unable to ship outside of the United States.

Are Baebody products available for purchase in any brick and mortar stores?

At this time, Baebody Products are only available for sale on Amazon and Baebody.com.

Do you offer Wholesale Pricing?

Currently we do not offer wholesale pricing on any of our items nor do we allow the resale of any Baebody Products.
